May 7, 2019 in the Central Office of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan held a festive event "Heroes live forever in our hearts," dedicated to the 74th anniversary of the Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Meeting with representatives of the US Central Command (CENTCOM) and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency

On April 16, 2019, the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan held a meeting with a delegation with representatives of the US Central Command (CENTCOM) and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and military attache of the US Ambasy to Turkmenistan. During the meeting, they discussed security cooperation opportunities and provide an exchange of ideas regarding chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear emergency management, disaster response to both manmade and natural disasters, and concerns regarding weapons of mass destruction.
