Based on the instructions of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on the organization of special training to improve the professional level of military personnel on a regular basis, the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan regularly organizes classes with military personnel. From August 21 to August 31, 2023, a special training event is being held at Arkadag customs, where all the capabilities of the digital system resources are fully developed, with a reserve of military personnel for responsible leadership positions in the customs authorities.

This special training event was organized with the aim of comprehensive training of military personnel for responsible positions in the Service, an in-depth interpretation of the newly adopted legislation and the upcoming work to improve the quality of service to citizens.

Training sessions according to a specially approved plan are conducted mainly by customs officers. The lessons that will be taught during this training event include the political significance of the books of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, legal reforms, the basic principles of the work of the State Customs Service, the significance of the Law of Turkmenistan "On ethics and official conduct of a civil servant", the organization of doing business in customs authorities, foreign economic transactions and their types, including customs duties and taxes paid to customs authorities, and other areas of accounting. Conducting such training activities with military personnel who will occupy leadership positions in the customs authorities in the future will have a positive impact on their professional development, skills and legal literacy.
