On February 6, 2024, an online-meeting was held between Training Center officer and teachers of the Russian Customs Academy. From the Russian Customs Academy, the delegation was headed by Olga Vladimirovna Saenko, director of the Institute of Distance Learning, Retraining and Advanced Training.
On January 20, 2023, a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of personnel training was signed between the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the Federal Customs Service of Russia. This online meeting took place within the framework of this Memorandum with the aim of applying it in practice.
The parties reviewed current issues and prospects for bilateral cooperation in the field of personnel training, in particular the exchange of educational technologies and teaching methods, and pedagogical experience. The meeting participants from the Russian Customs Academy shared their experience and innovative approaches in the field of training personnel for customs services.
In addition, the issue of organizing seminars and conferences on current issues for employees of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan was discussed.
The Russian Customs Academy, being one of the few specialized higher educational institutions of customs profile in the world, provides training for the customs authorities of the Russian Federation, as well as for the customs services of the CIS member states (in accordance with special agreements) in full-time and part-time forms of training according to the programs higher professional education, as well as training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel in eight specialties.
