Yesterday, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an online working meeting with participation of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, who supervises the agro-industrial complex, khyakims of regions to consider the course of seasonal campaigns carried out in the fields of the country.

The President first gave the floor to khyakim of Akhal region Ya. Gurbanov, who reported on the pace of agricultural activities carried out in the region and the level of readiness for the grain harvesting campaign as well as measures taken to take care of crops in the cotton fields. In addition to it, the issues of efficient use of agricultural machinery and equipment was also in the focus of attention.

The head of the regional administration informed on complex measures aimed at obtaining a rich harvest of potato, vegetables and gourds as well as supply of population with this produce. Besides it, the region carries on an organized work to produce cocoons of silkworm.

The region also carries out a complex activity in accordance to high modern requirements to introduce the digital system in the work of all structures of the khyakimlik, relevant organizations and enterprises.

The pace of construction of social and industrial projects carried out within the framework of the National rural development program and the Program of socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025 was also informed.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov made an emphasis on the fact that activities in agricultural fields of the region should be carried out in accordance with agro-technical standards and at that, it is necessary to apply actively advanced scientific achievements. In accordance with the Resolution “On measures for organized conduction of grain harvesting campaigns in Turkmenistan in 2022”, preparation of grain harvester combines for the moving season, which will be operated in the grain harvesting, grain reception points and vehicles should meet the established requirements.

It is necessary to set up organizational groups and teams for repair of machinery with a view of grain harvesting within a short terms and without loss and at the same time, to prepare for settlement of mutual accounts with producers for the harvest and to ensure a full observance of agro-technical standards during the activities carried out in the cotton fields, the head of the state noted, having given the khyakim a number of instructions to this end.

The President of the country underlined the importance of adoption of related measures for a well-coordinated work with a view to gather a rich harvest of potato, vegetables and gourds. At the same time, one should make all-round efforts for successful fulfilment of plans for production of silkworm cocoons in the region.

Introduction of the digital system in the administration activity of all units of the khyakimlik is an important requirement of the time, the head of the state said, noting necessity of fulfilment of this work taking into account the advanced experience and latest technologies.

With a view of enhancement of level of social security of population of the region, one should keep the issues connected with timely and of quality completion of construction of social and cultural projects, residential houses and relevant infrastructure in the region under a constant control.

Further, khyakim of Balkan region T.Atahallyev reported on the measures taken at present in agricultural fields of the region for all round preparation for the grain harvest as well as for establishment of organizational groups and teams with a view of harvest of wheat within the shortest terms.

At the same time, care of crops in the cotton fields of the region is ensured at an accelerated pace. Besides it, all-out efforts are made to gather a rich harvest of potato, vegetables and gourds. In addition to it, the region carries on work on production of cocoons.

Introduction of the digital system in the activity of the khyakimlik of the region and its subordinate organizations and enterprises is successfully implemented.

The head of the regional administration also informed on the pace of construction of various projects, engineering structures and modernization of those, which are already under exploitation in accordance with the Program of socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025.

Districts of the region also work to produce silkworm cocoon with a view of successful implementation of their production plans.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that preparation for the grain harvesting campaign should be organized at the highest level. One should take a special responsibility for establishment of technical teams for repair of grain harvester combines to carry out the moving season within the shortest terms. One should prepare earlier for settlement of accounts with commodity producers for the grain.

The head of the state underlined that the issues of efficiency of work of machinery and equipment in the fields should be under a constant control and in this connection, the khyakim was given a number of concrete instructions. One should approach the care of silkworms comprehensively and successfully implement cocoon production plans.

The President of the country also made an emphasis on the issues of optimization of work on production of vegetables, gourds and their conformity with requirements of today.

One should successfully fulfil the tasks outlined in the National rural development program and timely commission social projects and residential houses into operation. One should attach special attention to these issues, the head of the state stressed.

Introduction of the digital system in the activity of organizations and enterprises of the region by application of advanced practice and modern technologies is the most important requirement of today.

The online working meeting continued with the report of khyakim of Lebap region Sh.Amangeldiev on the state of affairs in wheat and cotton fields and preparation for the grain-harvesting season.

At the same time, the region takes all out measures to obtain a rich harvest of potato, vegetables and gourds with a view of the strengthening of food abundance in the country. Agriculturists of the region make their worthy contribution to saturation of markets with local produce.

The khyakim informed that the region carries out a complex work to implement successfully the cocoon production plan.

Khyakim of Mary region D.Annaberdiev reported on the course of seasonal agricultural activities, in particular, preparation for the wheat harvesting campaign and the program developed with a view to gather the wheat harvest within the shortest time and without loss.

The care of cotton fields is taken in accordance with agro-technical standards. Measures for successful fulfilment of cocoon production plans are taken.

The khyakim also reported that the region carries out all necessary steps to obtain a rich harvest of potato, and other fruits and vegetables to make a worthy contribution to the strengthening of food abundance in local markets.

Besides it, a complex work is carried out on the margins of fulfilment of the tasks set in the National rural development program and the Program of socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025.

The harvesting campaign should be carried out quickly and well-coordinated. One should make all out efforts for it, the head of the state pointed out. It was underlined that care of crops in cotton fields should be ensured in accordance with agro-technical standards and all the machinery and equipment available should be operated at full capacity.

Having made an emphasis on the importance of obtaining a rich harvest of potato, vegetables and gourds as well as supply of population with this produce, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov said that achievements made in this area should be always under control. It is necessary to make all out efforts for fulfilment of cocoon production plans in the region.

Developing upon successful implementation of tasks proceeding from the National rural development program, the head of Turkmenistan noted necessity of attachment of special attention to the high level of work at the construction sites and gave the khyakim concrete instructions.

Further, the President of the country gave the floor to Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet E.Orazgeldiyev. The Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet reported that thanks to the state support, an active work is carried out in the agricultural sector of the country and care of wheat fields is in its final phase and preparation for the grain harvesting campaign goes on in full swing.

It was informed that in accordance with the instruction of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov all necessary work is carried out for completion of grain harvesting campaign in the fields within the shortest time taking into account water supply in Dashoguz region. Besides it, the care of potato, vegetables and gourds is taken in accordance with agro -technical standards with a view of the strengthening of food abundance in our country.

The Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet informed that as a result of work carried out, today the country has produced a total of over 576 tons of cocoons and it makes up 25,7 percent of the marked production plan. At present, production of cocoons goes on in Akhal, Lebap and Mary regions. Balkan and Dashoguz regions carry on care of silkworms.

Having heard the report, the President of the country underlined the importance of preparation of grain harvester combines, equipment, weighing machines and trucks for the grain harvest in the country. At the same time, activities in the cotton fields should fully meet agro-technical standards, machinery and equipment should be operated at full capacity.

The head of the state pointed out necessity of obtaining a rich harvest of wheat, potato, vegetables and gourds and in this connection, gave the Deputy-Chairman a number of concrete instructions connected with successful implementation of set tasks. At the same time, it is necessary to take a complex approach to realization of the outlined cocoon production plan.

Further, participants of the online working meeting congratulated the President of the country sincerely with the important date of the national calendar, Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and State Flag of Turkmenistan and wished him sound health and long life.
