On May 20, 2022, an online meeting was held between specialists of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Customs officials met to discuss the draft Protocol between the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the exchange of information on the movement of goods in mutual trade between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
After exchanging proposals and comments on the Draft, the Parties discussed further actions to be taken to agree on the document.
In conclusion, the meeting participants noted with satisfaction the ever-developing nature of the Turkmen-Uzbek customs relations, expressed hope for continued mutually beneficial cooperation and wished each other success.
