Having completed his working trips to Mary and Lebap regions, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a visiting extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in the conference hall of the international airport of Turkmenabat city.

The agenda of the meeting included the outcome of working trips and priority tasks connected with socio-economic development of the country at the given stage as well as consideration of drafts of a number of documents.

Having opened the meeting, the head of the state noted that during his working trips to Mary and Lebap regions, he learned on the course of grain harvesting campaigns and talked to people. During trips, we opened and commissioned into operation a number of important projects. The President pointed out that the given projects will make a positive impact on the development of economy of our country and further improvement of wellbeing of our beloved people. 

Further, addressing Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Muhammedov, the head of the state underlined that industrial, chemical and agricultural sectors make up the basis of economy of Mary region. In this connection, the necessity of well-coordinated work for improvement of socio-economic development of Mary region, further improvement of social and living standards of population in the region and creation of new workplaces was marked. 

The President instructed all Deputy-Chairmen of the Cabinet to keep the commissioning of planned projects into operation within designated terms under control jointly with heads of sectoral departments. 

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Sh.Abdrahmanov was given concrete instructions connected with continuation of work on modernization of work of enterprises and organizations of the fuel and energy complex for efficient use of natural resources and deposits of Mary region, extensive introduction of modern technologies in enterprises and institutions of the sectors and creation of new workplaces.

Addressing Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Ch. Purchekov, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed him to carry out necessary work for increases in the volume of generation of electric power, non-metallic construction materials and other goods of construction industry and mineral fertilizers.

For efficient and rational use of natural resources and raw materials of construction industry in Mary region, it is necessary to ensure work at full capacity in enterprises of industrial and construction sectors. It is necessary to launch new industrial projects as well as to continue to create new workplaces.

The head of the state made an emphasis on the necessity to work on improvement of supply of local markets with import replacing goods and construction materials and adjustment of new industrial facilities based on innovative technologies and the latest achievements of science and technology as well as production of modern goods in the electronic industry.

Having defined the sphere of processing of agricultural and food production as main branches of economy of Mary region, the head of the state gave Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet A.Yazmyradov a number of instructions.

The Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet was instructed to carry out necessary work to obtain a rich harvest of vegetables, and fruits this year thanks to the diligent work of hardworking people of Mary region as well as to render necessary support from the side of the state. The measures aimed at fulfilment of planned obligations for production of wheat and cotton in Mary region this year were outlined as main instructions.

Having drawn the attention of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet S.Toylyev to priority tasks in the sphere of education, head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed him to ensure supply of regional educational institutions with necessary quantity of textbooks and manuals and to keep the staff of teachers of all subjects under a constant control and to carry out reconstruction of educational establishments.

The head of the state instructed him to keep the issues connected with successful realization of tasks proceeding from the programs aimed at well-organized conduction of summer holidays, interesting and joyful pastime of the growing generation in health and recreation centers of children.

In this connection, the President of the country noted especially the necessity of mastering new methods of teaching, advanced experience, development of educational and methodological work connected with digital system in accordance with requirements of time within the framework of preparation for the new academic year, having given the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet concrete instructions to this end.

Addressing Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, ministry of foreign affairs R.Meredov, the head of the state instructed him to maintain cooperation with famous foreign companies in introduction of advanced practice in the agro-industrial complex of the country, training of specialists of international level in this area and exploration of the latest technologies in the saving of land and water resources. All this is very important both for intensification of partnership relations with developed countries of the world and exchange of experience, the head of the state said and gave the Deputy-Chairman concrete instructions for development of work carried out in the given area as well as for intensification of international initiatives of Turkmenistan.

Having addressed director general of the Transport and Communications Agency of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan M.Chakyev during the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave him a number of instructions connected with increase in the pace of passenger and cargo transportation, full use of multimodal logistics potentials of the country, in particular, those of Mary region by way of creation of favourable and competitive conditions for international transport transit transportation.

The head of the state noted the necessity of continuation of work on extensive introduction of modern digital systems in enterprises and institutions, sectors of economy of the country as well as in those of Mary region in accordance with development of information technologies in the world.

Having addressed Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Atdayev, the President gave him concrete instructions for the strengthening of food abundance in our country, improvement of supply of markets and other sales outlets with various foodstuffs, rational use of existing facilities, expansion of assortment and increase in the volume of goods and services provided. Having underlined the importance of tasks for adjustment of efficient work of commodity producers, support of small and medium business, creation of favourable business atmosphere, the head of the state instructed him to continue work in this area in accordance with requirements of time.

Having addressed Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet M.Mammedova during the meeting, the President instructed her to ensure proper organizational work in institutions of culture and hold timely reconstruction and accomplishment work in cultural institutions.

The head of the state marked the necessity of ensuring of the high organizational level of the Week of culture to be held in Mary region and gave the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet concrete instructions to this end.

Further, khyakim of Mary region D.Annaberdiev expressed his acknowledgment to Arkadagly Serdar on behalf of the entire population of the region for the holiday trip and participation in the ceremony of opening of significant projects and his care of tenant wheat growers. The khyakim also ensured that necessary measures would be made to gather the harvest of grains without loss, fulfil the annual production plans successfully, and ensure regular operation of all structures in the region.

In his turn, khyakim of Lebap region Sh.Amangeldiev expressed his acknowledgment to the President for his special attention to the socio-economic development of the region and blessing of commissioning of projects in the fuel and energy complex into operation, which means a great importance for industrials development of the country and meeting with tenant grain growers of the region. The khyakim ensured that all efforts would be made for successful implementation of tasks outlined for all round development of the region.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave khyakims a number of instructions for timely organization of work in the agricultural sector of the country, creation of goods abundance and successful implementation of tasks connected with development of animal husbandry and poultry. This regard, it is necessary to attach a great significance to the latest methods of management, development of selection and introduction of the latest achievements of science in production.

During the visiting meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers devoted to the outcome of holiday trips of the President to Mary and Lebap regions, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, ministry of foreign affairs R.Meredov reported on the results of the work carried out for fulfilment of agreements made during the official visits of the President to the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran and intensification of international cooperation in this area and congratulated the President with successful completion of his visits.

As was noted with proud, today Arkadagly Serdar successfully continues work, including the Turkmen-Chinese relations started at the initiative of and firmly strengthened with efforts of Hero Arkadag and they expressed their gratitude to the President for efficient international relation established in this area.

At the end of the visiting meeting of the Cabinet, the head of the state pointed out the necessity of ensuring well-coordinated work of relevant structures for full realization of issues considered and tasks outlined in it and gave relevant heads concrete instructions to this end. 

Having concluded the visiting meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health, family wellbeing and great successes in their work for the benefit of our people and progress of our country.

Having completed festive trips to Mary and Lebap regions, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov bid farewell and left the international airport of Turkmenabat for Ashgabat. 

In some time, the airplane of the head of the state landed in the capital international airport, where Arkadagly Serdar was welcomed warmly.
