On May 3, 2023, within the framework of the International exhibition “International Transport and Transit Corridors: Interconnectedness and Development 2023”, the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan presented its stand.

Information technologies are one of the main topics of the State Customs exhibition stand. A video was presented to visitors describing the innovative developments in the field of customs, which are currently implemented in the customs authorities of Turkmenistan, and a number of presentations were organized on the activities of the customs authorities of Turkmenistan with a detailed description of the digitalization of customs processes.

The pavilion hosts an architectural model of a border customs post as an exhibit. Here, the State Customs officer explains in detail the process of moving goods and cargo through the post.

A separate part of the pavilion is devoted to international customs cooperation, where a video was also shown describing working meetings, ceremonies of signing international agreements with the customs authorities of other countries.

All participants and visitors of the exhibition were presented with information booklets on the activities of the customs authorities in Turkmenistan and gifts on behalf of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan.

The exhibition will end on May 4, 2023.
