On February 20, 2024, within the framework of cooperation between the Border Management Programme in Central Asia (BOMKA 10) and the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, specialized training equipment was put into operation for the Training Center under the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan.

This latest equipment, which meet international standards, are specialized devices for checking vehicles and cargo. This equipment, which are going to be used during practical activities at the Training Center, will help customs officers improve their professional skills in preventing attempts to move contraband across the customs border.

In addition, BOMKA provided technical equipment for use in the educational process. This equipment will help the Service's Training Center train young specialists based on global experience.
