An interdepartmental meeting was held at the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan

On April 16, 2025, a meeting took place between the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the Executive Secretary of the International Centre for Transport Diplomacy (ICTD), Igor Runov. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the prospects for expanding cooperation in the fields of transport and customs administration, and discussed modern approaches to simplifying trade procedures and developing transit routes.

The guest presented three current projects being worked on by the International Centre for Transport Diplomacy. The Turkmen side emphasized its interest in further cooperation and studying the proposed initiatives, especially in the context of digitalization and modernization of customs procedures.
