COVID-19 vaccine, CoronaVac, developed by the Chinese company Sinovac, was delivered to Turkmenistan. As a result of clinical trials in several countries around the world, this vaccine has proved its high efficiency and safety. Chinese vaccines are stored at the Center for Public Health and Nutrition of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, as well as in Ashgabat and velayat sanitary and epidemiological services, where the necessary conditions for their storage have been created.

City Hall and public organizations of Ashgabat have proposed an initiative on organization of ecological actions for all who wish would be able to participate on May 10 – 25. Today, importance of ecological issues, without solution of which it is impossible to achieve the sustainable development, is realized in the world like never. Every year, the President of Turkmenistan launches nation-wide action for tree planting.
