Yesterday, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an online working meeting with participation of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers A.Yazmyradov, who supervises the agro-industrial complex and khyakims of regions to consider the course of seasonal agricultural campaigns as well as issues of socio-economic development of regions.

The head of the state first gave the floor to khyakim of Akhal region Ya. Gurbanov, who reported on the state of affairs in the region and measures for acceleration of the pace of moving season and ensuring of regular and full operation of grain combines and vehicles for harvest transportation. In addition to it, inter-row cultivation of cotton and application of mineral fertilizers are carried out.

The khyakim also reported on the work carried out within the framework of fulfilment of tasks outlined in the National rural redevelopment program and measures implemented to accelerate the pace of construction and timely commissioning of social, cultural and industrial projects and other engineering facilities into operation.

Further, khyakim of Balkan region T.Atahallyev reported on the state of affairs in the region and measures taken for acceleration of the pace of grain harvest, ensuring of regular and efficient operation of grain combines and vehicles for transportation of the harvest as well as reception points. The preparation for the sowing of sugar beet is also in full swing in the region.

A great significance is attached to the activities for care of cotton, in particular, inter-row cultivation of young plants and application of mineral fertilizers in accordance with agro-technical standards. Besides it, all efforts are made to yield a rich harvest of potato, fruits, vegetables, and gourds with a view of ensuring food abundance in markets of the country.

The khyakim also reported on the pace of construction activities in the region. Necessary measures are taken for timely completion of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that operation of grain combines and vehicles for transportation of the harvest used in the grain harvesting campaign at full capacity is the most important requirement of today. At the same time, one should take due care of operation of reception points and timely settlement of accounts with tenant farmers for the produced grain, the head of the state said.

Further, khyakim of Dashoguz region N.Nazarmyradov reported on the course of complex work in the fields of the region and steps taken for well-coordinated organization of the grain harvesting campaign and ensuring of regular work of grain combines and other machinery.

In addition to it, inter-row cultivation and application of mineral fertilizers in cotton fields are carried out at the same time in the region. At the same time, all measures are taken for acceleration of the pace of rice sowing.

On the margins of his report, he also informed on cultivation of potato and other fruits and vegetables with a view of full supply of population with local foodstuffs. In addition to it, measures are taken to ensure timely and of high quality commissioning of social, cultural and industrial projects into operation planned for this year.

The President of the country pointed out that today the tasks to ensure food abundance both in the country as a whole and in the regions are as important as never. One should yield a rich harvest of potato and fruits, vegetables and gourds and fill the local markets with them.

The head of the state instructed the khyakim to ensure the high quality of construction and timely commissioning of social, cultural and industrial projects into operation planned for this year.

Further, khyakim of Lebap region Sh.Amangeldiev delivered his report on the course of seasonal field activities carried out in the region and measures taken for acceleration of the pace of grain harvest and enhancement of capacities of grain combines, equipment and other machinery under exploitation. At the same time, the care of cotton plants is taken strictly in accordance with agro-technical standards.

The khyakim also reported on the pace of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects planned to be commissioned into operation this year. At the instruction of the head of the state, urgent measures are taken to enable to complete work within designated terms and of high quality.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined the importance of well-coordinated organization of the grain harvesting campaign and adjustment of maintenance service and regular operation of grain combines used in the grain harvest, vehicles used for transportation of grain as well as timely settlement of accounts for the produced grain.

Arkadagly Serdar marked that social and community and industrial projects planned to be constructed and commissioned into operation in the region this year, should be completed in accordance with the established schedule and construction activities should meet high quality standards and gave the khyakim a number of concrete instructions.

Further, khyakim of Mary region D.Annaberdiev reported on the all-round measures taken for well-coordinated organization of the grain harvesting campaign and ensuring of high output of machinery used in the season.

At present, the measures for care of cotton are taken in the agricultural fields of the region and great attention is paid to inter-row cultivation, application of mineral fertilizers and ensuring of high efficiency of exploitation of agricultural machinery and equipment.

The khyakim reported on preparation for the sugar beet sowing and the work to get a high yield of potato, fruits and vegetables, gourds with a view to ensure food abundance in the local markets. In accordance with the National rural redevelopment programs of the country as well as the National program of socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025, the all-round measures are taken for acceleration of the pace of construction and commissioning of social, cultural and industrial projects into operation planned for this year in the region.

Having heard the report, the head of the state noted the importance of well-coordinated organization of grain harvest, exploitation of agricultural machinery at full capacity. One should adjust work of reception points in accordance with the established requirements and timely settle accounts for the produced harvest.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov made an emphasis on observance of agro-technical standards for care of cotton plants.

The head of the state underlined the importance of efficient work of all units for yielding a rich harvest of potato, fruits, vegetables and gourds with a view of full supply of local markets and strengthening of food abundance in the country.

At the same time, the President of the country instructed them to keep the issues of acceleration of the pace of construction and commissioning of social, cultural and industrial projects into operation in the region under control.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet A.Yazmyradov reported on the agro-technical activities carried out in the fields of the country and a large-scale work to gather wheat without loss and ensure proper care of cotton as well as measures taken to obtain a high yield of spring potato, vegetables and gourds.

In addition to the provided information on seasonal agricultural activities in regions, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet informed on improvement of water supply of fields and measures for rational use and minimization of water loss.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of well-coordinated organization of grain harvesting- a responsible season in agriculture, proper storage and processing of the harvest in accordance with requirements as well as timely settlement of accounts for the produced harvest.

One should increase the pace of work on the care of cotton plants and other crops and carry out them in accordance with agro-technical standards to obtain a high yield. At the same time, one should carry out the rice sowing in relevant regions by observation of all rules and terms as well as one should keep preparation for the sugar beet sowing under constant control, the President of the country underlined.

The head of the state outlined the ensuring of food abundance in the local markets as an important task of today and instructed the relevant authorities to make all efforts for obtaining a high yield of potato, fruits, vegetables and gourds.

Having underlined that rational use of water resources and supply of agricultural fields with water are among the main requirements of today, Arkadagly Serdar demanded exploration of these issues from the scientific viewpoint taking into account advanced practice and possibilities of the digital system and preparation of relevant proposals.
