Last week, 24 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan purchased polypropylene and aviation kerosene produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. Straight-run gasoline produced at the Seydi oil refinery was purchased by representatives of business circles from Turkey and Afghanistan, and carbon black (SC Türkmenhimiýa) was purchased by businessmen from the United States.
In addition, cotton yarn was sold for foreign currency, which was purchased by entrepreneurs from Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 23 million 146 thousand US dollars.
Cotton yarn also became the subject of transactions for manats. Buyer countries: United Arab Emirates, Turkey, India, Kazakhstan. The total amount of transactions exceeded 8 million 885 thousand manats.
