On the 24th of August, the International Children's Cultural Forum, which was organized by the Russian Ministry of Culture for the first time, started at EANE in Moscow. The purpose of the forum is to identify and recognize talented children who have shown outstanding abilities in the field of culture and art, as well as to open up new opportunities for intercultural dialogue.

The event is attended by the delegation of Turkmenistan, which included creatively gifted children from Ashgabat and all five velayats of the country. These are students: Art School named after Bashim Nurali S. Baymuhammedova, children's art school in the city of Tejen, Ahal velayat G. Ovezov, children's art school in the city of Hazar, Balkan velayat S. Miriyev, secondary school №3 in the city of Dashoguz, Dashoguz velayat R. Atabayev, children's art school in the city of Seydi, Lebap velayat D. Jumagulyyev  and secondary school №25 of the city of Mary, Mary velayat K. Nepesov.

The delegation of Turkmenistan is headed by the chief specialist of the department of educational institutions, museums and libraries of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan M. Annagylyjov.

The program of the International Children's Cultural Forum includes festival and business parts.

As previously announced, the program is divided into four main formats: adults - adults, children - children, children - adults, adults - children. The participants of the cultural forum will also work in sections in certain areas, panel discussions, exciting meetings with famous cultural figures, master classes and excursions. A children's expert council of the forum has also been created, where young artists, winners of various competitions will be invited to participate in the business part of the review. The forum will last until 28th of August.
