The training center of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan organized a briefing at the Dashoguz velayat customs on customs legislation, adopted innovations, as well as events aimed at supporting exports.

The participants of the briefing were personnel of the Dashoguz velayat customs, specialists from the State Plant Quarantine Service of the Ministry of Agriculture and the State Veterinary Service of Turkmenistan, employees of the Turkmendemiryollary and Turkmenavtougly agencies, the Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan and representatives of a number of other transport and logistics companies and private entrepreneurs.

As part of this event, the director of the Training Center and the head of the department for organizing customs control of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan made a report to the audience on the features of customs declaration when exporting goods and the preferential services provided for private entrepreneurs exporting Turkmen products.

  Presentations were made on the activities carried out in customs authorities in the context of increasing the country's export capabilities, and a video was shown on the importance of using information technologies and digital systems introduced in customs authorities for the purpose of developing international trade.

Summing up the results of the event, the participants noted that the established regional practice of holding such meetings allows not only to increase the literacy of employees, but also to improve interdepartmental interaction.
