On February 18, 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted a ceremony of signing documents between ministries, departments, public organizations of Turkmenistan and representative offices of the structural units of the United Nations in Turkmenistan - UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF.

Among the signed documents are The amended project document "Single Window for Export-Import Operations" in Turkmenistan and representation of the Development Program of the United Nations Organization (UNDP) in Turkmenistan.

The included changes are related to the issue of including the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan and the State Committee on Statistics of Turkmenistan, as well as the newly reorganized Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan in the Single Window for Export-Import Transactions project.

Taking into account the need for additional time to connect these ministries to the Single Window system and integrate with existing information systems, as well as for high-quality implementation and operation of the system, it was decided to extend the validity of the Project Document until December 31, 2024.
