LEADER OF THE NATION GAVE IMPETUS TO NEW GREENHOUSE COMPLEXES

In order to implement the Program of the President of Turkmenistan “Socio-economic development of our country in 2019-2025”, an individual enterprise “Mahriban obam” has built a greenhouse on the territory of the Akyap farmer’s society of the Sakarchage district of the Mary Province. In the greenhouse, starting from the cultivation of plants, the organization of workers' labor, production management is carried out using a digital system. Information about heat, humidity, yield, about loading of finished products during harvest, about shipment to domestic and foreign markets, about storage conditions during transportation and distribution in the form of online are sent to the centralized management system.

State Customs Service of Turkmenistan strengthens regional customs cooperation

At the initiative of the Dear President of Turkmenistan, the country's foreign policy, based on the principles of peaceful and productive international relations, and friendly, good-neighborly and mutually beneficial cooperation with other countries and authoritative international organizations is always being successfully developed. One of the striking examples of this is the Memorandum of Understanding between the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the customs authorities of the countries of the region concerning the preliminary electronic exchange of customs data about goods and vehicles across the customs border of the country.

The meeting on the preliminary information exchange was held

On May 24, 2021, an online meeting was held between representatives of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the Customs Administration of the Islamic Republic of Iran. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the project of the Technical Provisions, worked out due to the Memorandum of Understanding between the parties concerning the electronic exchange of customs data. During the meeting, the parties noted that within the framework of the Memorandum, there is a great opportunity for further strengthening effective customs cooperation through a preliminary exchange of customs datа between two countries.

Products of the blessed Turkmen land are exported

Thanks to the successful implementation of the state policy of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan has now become an economically powerful state that is actively involved in the world economic system. The main goal of that policy is to ensure the sustainable development of our dear Motherland. Considering the ever-changing demands of regional and global trends, the President emphasizes the need for regular analysis of the state of world markets in order to form a flexible export policy of Turkmenistan.

In this respect, the agricultural branch also plays an important role in the development of our national economy. Agricultural products, grown in our country, are in the great demand not only in our country, but also in world markets. The main reason for this is that one of the main goals of state policy, conducted by our Respected President, in order to increase agricultural production, strengthen the economic potential of our country and improve the living conditions of our people in the future

Turkmenistan is a leading iodine producer

Turkmenistan occupies one of the first places in the world in the extraction of iodine, which creates the appropriate prerequisites for the further development of the chemical industry with an export orientation. The western region of the country has large reserves of minerals - oil and gas, iodine and bromine. Within the framework of the "Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country for 2018-2024", it is envisaged to build new capacities on the basis of two operating chemical plants "Khazar" and "Balkanabat" of the State Concern "Turkmenhimiya".
