On 12 September 2025, an online meeting was held between representatives of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and its Training Centre with officials of the World Customs Organization (WCO). The discussions were attended by Ms. Susanne Schwarz, representative of the WCO Capacity Building Directorate.

The meeting addressed several key issues, including the role of the National Coordinator on the CLiKC! platform, the organization of customs officers’ registration, the opportunities of using the tenant solution for hosting localized training materials, and the prospects for translating WCO courses into Russian and Turkmen. Particular attention was given to the role of the Regional Training Centre in Ashgabat as a key platform for disseminating e-learning and training trainers.

As a result of the discussions, the parties agreed to continue joint work on clarifying the technical and procedural aspects of CLiKC! access, to explore the conditions for the tenant solution, and to develop a plan of future activities. This plan will include translation of materials, training of trainers, and the expansion of educational opportunities.
