
The State Customs Service of Turkmenistan has launched a specialized professional training course for recruits. The two-month program is designed to provide in-depth knowledge of customs affairs and enhance the qualifications of young military personnel who have joined the ranks of the Customs Service.
The course is conducted at the customs office in the city of Arkadag. As part of the program, recruits study the Customs Code of Turkmenistan, laws on military service and customs activities, as well as internal regulatory acts and instructions. In addition, special attention is paid to practical training, including the preparation of shipping documents, determination of customs value of goods, completion of payment documents, compliance with customs regulations, and management of customs warehouses.
Training is conducted by highly qualified specialists from the Customs Service Training Center, who share their experience and explain key aspects of the work. Furthermore, recruits visit customs posts and other divisions to familiarize themselves with real working conditions.
