Celebrations dedicated to important events in the life of Turkmenistan in the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan

On September 17, 2019, the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan held presentation of the new book entitled “Turkmen Alabay” written by the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and briefing dedicated to the adoption of the Resolution “2021 - International Year of Peace and Confidence” by the UN General Assembly and Declaration of the Chair on the outcomes of the first Caspian Economic Forum as the document of the 73rd Session of the UN General.

The event was held with the participation of all personnel of the Central Office of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the Ashgabat city, Ahal region customs houses.

Speakers expressed unanimous opinion on the enormous role of the new book “Turkmen Alabay” in the matter of patriotic education of youth, in the knowledge of historical heritage. The new work of the Esteemed President has made a significant contribution to the study and popularization of the national cultural heritage.

As emphasized, the adoption of the Resolution, in accordance with which 2021 was proclaimed the International Year of Peace and Trust, was an important event in the life of Turkmenistan. It was also noted that the latest evidence of the relevance of the international initiatives of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was the adoption as a document of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly and the publication in the official UN languages of the Declaration of the Chair on the outcome of the first Caspian Economic Forum held in August this year in Avaza.

The participants expressed deep gratitude to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief for his multifaceted activities, including for the tireless concern for the welfare of military personnel and the prosperity of his native country in an era of power and happiness.

The festive atmosphere was enhanced by the performances of the musical ensemble of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan with vivid compositions about the beauty of native nature, love and loyalty to the Motherland and the President.

In conclusion, the officers participating in the event took an Oath of allegiance to the Fatherland, the people, the President.
